“ La devanture colorée annonce clairement la couleur : Quand vous franchissez le seuil du Dynastie, attendez-vous à de la "gastronomie asiatique", et pas à un petit traiteur de quartier avec des menus à moins de 10 euros pour manger vite fait sur le pouce. Non, même si c'est la première fois que vous venez, Kim vous accueille tout sourire, vous offre un apéritif de bienvenue et vous apporte la carte du restaurant, visiblement la même depuis longtemps, puisque la recette du succès est peut-être de ne rien changer quand tout est bon et que le choix est suffisamment large pour trouver son bonheur. Pour ce baptême de l'établissement nous avons goûté en entrée l'assortiment de beignets croustillants pour deux à partager, du boeuf Loc Lac, du canard laqué, le tout accompagné (sur les conseils de Kim) par du riz nature ou cantonais. Tout était délicieux, les portions généreuses, le service impeccable. La touche sucrée des nougats chinois en dessert a très agréablement conclu ce dîner, sans oublier les verres de saké offerts par la maison et la surprise de savoir qui se "découvrira" au fond de la tasse une fois qu'elle sera remplie ;-) Bref, une très jolie découverte dans le quartier de Champignol, a renouveler sans hésitation, mais pas non plus tous les jours : Si l'on veut se faire plaisir en accompagnant le dîner d'une bouteille de rosé et de cafés, il faut bien compter entre 40 et 50 euros par personne, la gastronomie asiatique, elle aussi, elle a un prix ;-) ”
